Have you ever wondered how chocolate is made?

Deli-Cious chocolate offer bespoke chocolate making sessions for you, your family and friends. The class consists of a 3hr session hosted by an experienced chocolatier.

You will learn the art of chocolate making and the best part is you get to keep everything you make, and there is a lot. With the skills you learn you can continue your chocolate making in the comfort of your own home.

We will provide everything you need on the day and you can expect the following:

• An introduction into the world of the Chocolatier
• Learn how to make and temper your chocolate
• You’ll be taught how to create chocolate lollipops
• How to structure and make your own individual chocolates
• Experience the art of truffle making
• A tutorial on chocolate piping and piping techniques
• You will design and package all of your own chocolates
• You keep everything you make, the more you make the more you keep

After your chocolate making session you will have the opportunity to get a take home chocolate making kit so you can use your newly acquired skills. Our sessions are great as a gift for individuals and are ideal for groups. With prior arrangement we can also meet at a venue of your choosing if required.
